The USPTO's new Patent Petitions Timeline is posted at the web site (Patent Petitions Timeline) and provides easy-to-use information on available patent-related petitions at a single location. Petitions are arranged by their availability during each stage of prosecution and are linked to the applicable section of the Manual of Patent Examining Procedure (MPEP) or other pages at the USPTO web site. The timeline also provides information on historical grant rates and pendency of decided petitions.
